The same foods you turn to when you need a little “edible hug” are the foods that can keep you relaxed and happy during the commotion of a wedding day. Chicken Soup

(Plus, they offer a nice alternative to guests who are potentially allergic to the fancier flavors of cake.)

If you usually buy store-brand, now is the time to splurge on those expensive chocolate chips.
